Vino's Del Viento aims to craft wines that embody the authentic essence of Garnacha and Cariñena. Situated in the Ebro River Valley and encompassing mountainous terrain, this region serves as the cradle of these grape varieties, harboring exceptional vineyards that yield outstanding wines.

​Aragón and Spain are the origin of the Garnacha (Grenache) and Cariñena (Carignan) grape varieties and winemaker Michael Cooper feels fortunate to be able to use these grapes in their wines and strive to express a true and pure essence.

They dry-farm because they understand the importance of the biodiversity of our soils and water use.  They also do not use pesticides and use only locally fabricated lightweight bottles made from recycled materials.
